A graduate of the renowned Newark School of Violin Making, Peter can often be found in his Leicestershire workshop, making and repairing  violins, violas and occasionly cellos.

A small selection of instruments are kept in stock and most are available for sale.  Customers are encouraged to play instruments for a trial period before completing a purchase.  In addition commissions are also accepted, although a small deposit may be required.

As well as the more traditional designs using spruce fronts, Peter is also experimenting  with more advanced materials, such as carbon fibre.  Some examples can be seen in the gallery.
